A NOTE FROM OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

At Sumner Lawn 'N Saw, we're committed to providing our customers with
quality repairs, dependable service, and timely turnaround times.

To better serve our customers, we are focusing our repair services on the
brands we sell and support. Due to parts availability and increasing service
demands, priority will be given to equipment originally purchased from our store.

While we will always do our best to accommodate service requests, our
ability to accept equipment may depend on the brand, parts availability, and
current shop workload. All service requests are subject to approval by our service department.

If we're unable to service your equipment, we'll be happy to help direct you toward another service provider whenever possible.

Equipment Safety Requirements: For the safety of our customers and
technicians, all equipment we service must have its original manufacturer (OEM)
safety devices and guards properly installed and functioning. In accordance
with applicable safety requirements, any missing or damaged safety components
must be provided by the equipment owner or replaced by our service department
at the customer's expense before equipment can be returned to service.

Diagnostic and Reassembly Policy: Many equipment repairs require partial
disassembly to properly diagnose the problem and prepare an accurate repair
estimate. If a customer declines the recommended repairs, the equipment will
generally remain in its disassembled condition unless reassembly is
specifically requested. We are happy to reassemble the equipment upon request;
however, additional labor charges will apply for the time required.

Please Note: All equipment accepted into our service department is
subject to a labor charge, including equipment inspected or diagnosed but not repaired.
